The continuous running HT model is automatically boosted by the built-in humidistat or by a switched live input which activates the timer (adjustable 5 to 30 minutes on SELV models). The Lo-Carbon Centra meets the latest requirements of the Building Regulations Approved Document F for whole house system ventilation and all models come with a 5 years motor guarantee.
